I have a collection of brand new balloons, some not in their original packaging, but new nonetheless. I buy them in bulk and pass the savings on to you! All the balloons look just like the pictures and are double-sided so that the same image is on the front and the back. These balloons are deluxe helium quality and come directly from the manufacturer. They are not filled, but you can easily fill them at your local grocery store, discount store, or florist, or you can even rent a helium tank from a party store or welding company. Alternatively, you can also fill them with air and tape them to the wall or attach them to balloon sticks. If using air, carefully insert a straw into the self-sealing opening and blow, then remove the straw and the balloon will seal.

It's important to note that Mylar balloons will last about 1-2 weeks, while latex balloons will only last about 8-24 hours, so it's best to inflate them just prior to your party. However, actual float time can vary. Just make sure to use the correct inflator. A black nozzle tip should be used for latex balloons, and a gold narrow tip should be used for Mylar balloons. Using a larger latex black inflation nozzle on helium balloons can overinflate the balloons and damage the self-sealing properties, causing them to deflate early.
