We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags attached. Please note that personalized items and certain hygiene products are non-returnable.
Are the products sold online the same as those in the park?
Yes, our online store features a wide selection of the same official Peppa Pig World and Paultons Park merchandise available at our on-site gift shops, including exclusive toys, clothing, and souvenirs.
