We want you to be delighted with your Peppa Pig World souvenirs, but if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Ensure your item is in its original condition with all tags attached and that it is not a non-returnable item such as swimwear, earrings, or personalized goods.

Securely package the products in their original wrapping and include your order number or receipt to ensure our team can identify your return.

You can return items in person at the Paultons Park Guest Services desk or mail them back to our retail warehouse using a tracked delivery service.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
